Opening and closing times will be adjusted to accommodate visiting groups such as societies and parties etc. Food may be available during these periods but will be at the discretion of the Head Chef.
The General Manager, Front of House Manager or most senior member of Staff will have the authority to close the Clubhouse outside of these times when other factors dictate such as inclement weather etc.
